Terms of Service

Last Updated: June 2026

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Frankly. dashboard application. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the Service

Frankly. is a data visualization tool designed to assist executives and administrators in tracking organizational metrics. Frankly. is not a certified accounting software. The charts and metrics provided are for informational and internal management purposes only, and should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Frankly. accesses QuickBooks Online on a strictly read-only basis — it displays your data but does not create, modify, or delete any records in your accounting system.

2. Intuit / QuickBooks Affiliation

Frankly. integrates with Intuit's QuickBooks Online via their official API. However, Frankly. is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must have the legal authority to authorize Frankly. to access your organization's QuickBooks Online data.
  • You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or hack the service or the connected databases.

4. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure the dashboard reflects your financial data accurately, but we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Frankly. or its developers be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, this application.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
