Frankly is a data visualization tool designed to assist executives and administrators in tracking organizational metrics. Frankly is not a certified accounting software. The charts and metrics provided are for informational and internal management purposes only, and should not be used as a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal advice. Frankly accesses QuickBooks Online on a strictly read-only basis — it displays your data but does not create, modify, or delete any records in your accounting system.
Frankly integrates with Intuit's QuickBooks Online via their official API. However, Frankly is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.
We strive to ensure the dashboard reflects your financial data accurately, but we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely error-free or uninterrupted. In no event shall Corporate Event Interactive, Inc. or the developers of Frankly be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from the use of, or inability to use, this application.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, including if you violate these Terms.
We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
